1. Introduction

Welcome to Vizionware.app (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) services, software, and website (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Membership and Pricing

We offer the following membership plans:

• Base Membership: $25/month – Access for one device.

• VIP Membership: $100/month – Access for up to 10 devices.

• Presidential Membership: $150/month – Access for unlimited devices.

• Prices may change at any time. Prices shown above are standard msrp.

Additional devices for Base Membership cost $15 per device.

3. Account Usage and Restrictions

• Users may not share accounts with others.

• Users may not resell, redistribute, or share services with unauthorized persons.

• Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit our software.

• Users must not discuss or disclose how the MDM is installed, created, distributed, stored, or accessed.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data will only be used to provide and improve the Service. We will never sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.

• You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.

• If payment fails, your access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. Service Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when possible.

7. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, including data loss, security breaches, or third-party actions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
